We're so excited to host the first ever Picking Me Film Festival this Oct 3rd, 3 PM CST on Zoom, this #BFRBweek 2026!

Film submissions are currently open. See below how you can submit plus deets on the event.

  • ***Film submissions must be under 20 min & made by individuals with BFRB lived-experience or featuring storylines with lived-experience.***

    1. Send your video file to lauren@pickingme.org via WeTransfer HERE
    2. Fill out our Google form with film details HERE.

  • EVENT DEETS

    The BFRB Film Festival will include:

    - Film screening
    - Q & A with the directors
    - Info on our Cinema Sit-Down series with Skin Pick ft. select directors for the rest of BFRB week!

  • Please make sure to also join us for the #BFRBweek Cinema Sit-Down series with our partners Skin Pick!

    Select directors will be featured in interviews all BFRB week long on Skin Pick's page. Details on receiving these pre-recordings will be coming soon!
